Medical Needling with the FNS System

FNS (fractionated needling system)

The FNS is a machine designed to stimulate your skin to produce new collagen and elastin and rejuvenate and restore a healthy, clearer, more even toned, glowing complexion. Yes, Really!  This is such a simple and safe treatment, excellent, not only for skin rejuvenation, but also for the treatment of scars and  stretch marks, previously quite challenging.

We are able to offer the latest technology, a machine which delivers the treatment more efficiently, more effectively and more comfortably. Clients are delighted with the enhanced results and find the treatment very comfortable, ‘It feels like a relaxing scrub!’!

The Procedure

The device works back and forth over the skin to create 1000’s of columns of micro injury the full depth of the skin.  When the skin is injured, the injury is repaired with new improved collagen, and this natural process is stimulated and delivers a natural, remarkable and lasting improvement in the health and quality of the complexion.  The skin is cleansed and prepared with an antiseptic solution.  Anaesthetic cream is applied to ensure your comfort during the treatment.  The treatment itself takes about 30 minutes.

Time to Heal

Immediately after the treatment your skin will be pink, as if you have just had a hot bath, or have a mild sunburn.  this may settle within a few hours, although it can be a few days to return to it’s usual colour.  Initially, it may feel hot and stingy, but this settles very quickly. Cream is applied to help reduce redness and improve comfort.

In the days following treatment the skin may feel dry, the aftercare cream may be applied as often as needed.  By day 7 there is likely to be the kind of improvement one has after a peel or microdermabrasion.  However, the skin continues to improve over a twelve month period following a course of three or more treatments 6 weeks apart.

How Long Does it Last?

Scars and stretch marks may be improved permanently, to combat the signs of ageing, maintainance treatment every six months is recommended and Emma may prescribe skin care or a home treatment to sustain and enhance results.

How Much Does it |Cost?

A course of three treatments costs £700 and includes aftercare to support and enhance the results.
